Regan is passionate about his clients and he loves working alongside people looking to develop and grow their business. Like most of his fellow directors he has a soft spot for his rural clients. “It’s an industry with incredible ‘value add’ potential from a product and marketing perspective, and food will never be out of favour.”

He’s equally passionate about utilising innovation and technology to help commercial, retail, and industrial clients become more connected with their customers, more reactive to change, and better drivers and managers of their own outcomes. “It’s about doing what you do, but just being clever about it. I love watching businesses transform as a result of the right information delivered to the right places in a timely, succinct and easily digestible manner.”

There’s some one-eyed Cantabrian blood running through Regan’s veins. Regan started his career in his home town Ashburton after completing a degree at the University of Canterbury.

In search of friendlier winters Regan shifted to the Hawkes Bay in 2004 to take up a role with BWR. Having become entrenched in the local community, he now wonders why it took so long to move.

Outside of work, Regan is still very active on the sports field.  He also enjoys his community benefit roles, including that of President of the Hawke’s Bay A&P Society, Trustee of the Cranford Hospice Trust, and Trustee of the Hastings District Community Arts Trust.
