His background includes senior roles in corporate finance and strategy at Ernst & Young and Fonterra, giving him deep experience in both analytical rigour and commercial decision-making. Alongside his consulting work, Ray is also General Manager of the Heretaunga Building Society, where he supports governance and long-term financial strategy.
