Inge is a systems thinker with a strong bias for action. With a background in ERP implementation and change management, she’s driven by the challenge of solving complex problems — and making sure good ideas don’t just sit on the whiteboard, but turn into outcomes that actually work.

With a solid academic foundation and a career that spans tech, operations, and business transformation, Inge brings both depth and breadth to her role. She’s known for untangling complexity, spotting opportunities others miss, and shaping ideas into practical, scalable solutions. At BWR, she leads innovation that’s grounded in logic, fuelled by curiosity, and focused on making a measurable difference — for the firm and for its clients.

Outside of work, Inge co-founded Crude Food — a project that transformed cyclone-affected land in Hawke’s Bay into a thriving community garden. It’s a space built around resilience, shared knowledge, and long-term thinking — the same values that shape her approach to building better systems in business.
